Where does my data go?

Some Apple backup and local Messages workflows depend on macOS file locations, permissions, and data formats. Windows can review supported exports, Capture packages, and cloud restores, but direct Apple backup or Mac Messages workflows may require a Mac.

Which computers are supported?

Proof Me Hard supports macOS 12 Monterey or later on Intel and Apple Silicon Macs, and Windows 10 or Windows 11 on x64 hardware.

Can I use it during the free trial?

The trial is built to let users see the product and confirm it is useful before paying. Some images, messages, or full-access actions may stay limited until the annual subscription is active.

What is included in the annual subscription?

What if I lose my vault password?

Proof Me Hard cannot recover or decrypt encrypted cloud backups without the vault password. Keep the vault password somewhere safe before relying on encrypted cloud backup for restore.
