Proof Me Hard Support
Support Center
Find the product details people need before they trust software with personal devices, backups, message history, and evidence exports.
Start with the right path
Proof Me Hard combines a desktop app, optional cloud backup, Capture uploads, and a web account. These common paths help users land in the right place quickly.
Installing the app
Use the download page after signing in. macOS and Windows builds are delivered through the web account.
Importing records
Supported source paths include local backups, Mac Messages data when permission is granted, Capture packages, cloud restores, and official platform exports.
Preparing exports
Exports include selected records and source context when the original backup or platform export preserves that information.
Messaging apps can change
Message apps and device platforms can change backup structures, export formats, permission prompts, and metadata behavior without advance notice.
Our parser support approach
Proof Me Hard is built to support documented and observed source formats, but a platform update can temporarily break an import or change what metadata is available. When that happens, send support the source type, app version, export date, operating system, and exact error. We will investigate and work to update supported parsing paths as quickly as practical.
Getting started guides
Step-by-step guides for installing the desktop app, activating access, importing a first source, using Capture, restoring cloud backup, and exporting records.
Trust and readiness
The support center is meant to answer real buyer concerns before paid traffic asks a cold visitor to install desktop software.
Local-first desktop workflow
The working library stays on the user's computer by default. Cloud backup is optional and encrypted before upload.
No account data mining promise
Proof Me Hard is built for authorized personal records and evidence review. We do not sell personal libraries or use private records for ads.
