Use Capture to add files from a phone

Use this guide when files are on a phone and you need a practical path into Proof Me Hard.

Prepare the files

Capture is for user-selected files. Do not upload records you are not authorized to review or share.

  1. 1 Open Capture from the Proof Me Hard flow that provides it.
  2. 2 Select only the files you intend to add.
  3. 3 Keep the browser open until the upload reports completion.

Review on desktop

Capture packages are meant to be reviewed from the desktop workflow after upload.

  1. 1 Open the desktop app with the same account.
  2. 2 Refresh or sync the Capture Inbox if needed.
  3. 3 Import or review the Capture package from the desktop app.

What to send support if this is still unresolved

  • Phone/browser used
  • Approximate file count and size
  • Whether upload completed in the browser
  • Desktop app version
