Confirm access

Proof Me Hard cannot decrypt encrypted cloud backups without the vault password. Support cannot recover a lost vault password.

  1. 1 Sign in with the same account used for the cloud backup.
  2. 2 Confirm the subscription or access state allows cloud restore.
  3. 3 Have the vault password ready before starting restore.

Run restore

Cloud restore depends on network stability and backup size. Keep the desktop app open until restore completes.

  1. 1 Open the restore flow in the desktop app.
  2. 2 Select the available encrypted backup.
  3. 3 Enter the vault password.
  4. 4 Wait for the restore to finish before reviewing records.
