Start a trial and understand what is limited

Use this guide before starting the free trial or when trial access does not look like full paid access.

What the trial is for

The trial is meant to let you confirm that Proof Me Hard is useful before the annual subscription begins. Some images, messages, or full-access actions may stay limited until the subscription is active.

  1. 1 Start from the public Get Started page.
  2. 2 Use an email address you can access.
  3. 3 Complete checkout to start the 7-day trial.
  4. 4 Install the desktop app from the signed-in download page.

Cancel or upgrade

If you cancel before the trial converts, keep the cancellation confirmation for your records. If you upgrade early from inside the app, the trial ends and paid access begins.

  1. 1 Use the billing area to manage cancellation.
  2. 2 Use the app or billing page to upgrade early when you are ready for full access.
  3. 3 Contact support if the billing state in the app does not match the web account.
