Confirm the upload finished
Capture packages need the browser upload to finish before the desktop app can see them. Closing the browser too early can leave a package incomplete.
- 1 Open the device or browser used for Capture and confirm the upload completed.
- 2 Keep the browser tab open until completion is shown.
- 3 Retry on a stable connection if the upload stalled.
- 4 Use smaller batches if the selected files are very large.
Confirm the desktop account
- 1 Sign in to the desktop app with the same account used for Capture.
- 2 Refresh the Capture Inbox or restart the desktop app.
- 3 Confirm the subscription or trial access is active.
- 4 Contact support with the Capture time, file count, approximate size, and desktop app version if the package still does not appear.
