Check the selected records
Exports can include media only when the imported source still contains or references the media.
- 1 Confirm the expected records were selected before export.
- 2 Open the record in the library and confirm media is visible there.
- 3 Check whether the source export or backup actually contained the media.
Check the destination
- 1 Confirm the destination drive has enough free space.
- 2 Avoid exporting into a folder currently locked by a sync app.
- 3 Retry to a local folder such as Desktop or Documents.
- 4 Contact support with the export error and approximate record count if it fails again.
